Meetings, Conferences & ConventionsOur company president is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and her high standards for meeting and conference planning are a Special D Events’ hallmark. Our experienced meeting planners will manage your conference or convention from start-to-finish, or assist with only the tasks you need (e.g., on line registration or site research). On site, our event managers will be the first to arrive and the last to leave. Trade Shows & ExhibitsSpecial D Events knows the trade show industry inside and out. As seasoned show managers we understand the delicate balance between exhibitor and attendee needs. Special D Events will seamlessly assume the exhibit manager role at your existing conference, or launch a new trade show on your behalf. We also provide support to individual exhibitors with our ShowSmart™ Trade Show Exhibit Services. Client Hospitality EventsWe have entertained our client's customers and employees worldwide, and can do the same for you. Our clients have walked the flight line at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, dined on chartered yachts, puzzled over a custom murder mystery, and swapped stories on the 50-yard line at the Super Bowl. From a casual get together to an elaborate theme event, we provide creative solutions within your budget. Open Houses, Grand Openings & GroundbreakingsPlanning an expansion? We help businesses generate excitement with open houses, grand openings and groundbreakings. We will attract your audience (employees, civic leaders, media etc.) and manage all the event logistics. We will determine traffic flows, create displays and signage, coordinate food/beverage and print collateral, coach your executives through their presentations, and gently handle your VIPs. On the day of the event, you will be able to mingle with your guests and enjoy the moment, knowing we have everything covered behind the scenes. The Special EventsAs corporate event planners, Special D Events is all about business (no weddings, birthdays, dogs or ponies). But sometimes, business is all about celebration. We make employees and community leaders feel like stars at award ceremonies and recognition events, and we throw a great theme party. Some special events, however, defy categorization. We have christened freight trains, hosted the Boys Choir of Harlem, and even toured the homes of Hollywood stars with government officials in tow. Our creative team loves a challenge. Share your event objectives with us, and we’ll produce an unforgettable event. Non Profit EventsWe know that with non profit events, it’s all about the bottom line. We will manage golf outings, galas, auctions and other special events with your mission in mind. We’ll include your volunteers in the event execution and keep a close eye on your budget. Our non profit clients appreciate being able to leave the D-tails to us, because it leaves them free to network with sponsors and serve as hosts during the event. |
