Exhibitor Support

Our ShowSmart™ Exhibit Services will improve your tradeshow ROI, ensure your brand image is consistent at each show, save you money, and simplify the exhibitor planning process.

What makes us different?  Special D Events not only represents exhibitors, we also manage shows. For nearly 20 years we have worked “both sides of the fence”, managing tradeshows for our association clients and also providing exhibit support to our corporate clients.  We know exactly what it takes to create a win-win situation for all parties.

Exhibiting at tradeshows is the most efficient way to put your sales people face to face with current and prospective customers. You can see more motivated buyers in a few hours at a tradeshow than you can in a week of sales calls. Your competition knows it, and they’ll be there. Let us help.

Our Services

  1. Provide research to help you find and choose the best trade shows to attend.
  2. Negotiate favorable sponsorship contracts and booth locations.
  3. Handle all pre-show logistical arrangements and interface with show management.
  4. Generate buzz and promote attendance through mailings, blogs, websites, contests, drawings, in-booth activities, giveaways, word of mouth, and guerilla marketing tactics.
  5. Manage and measure tradeshow budgets and productivity.
  6. Deliver on-site exhibit management, including lead tracking, promotions execution, set-up and strike.
  7. Train your exhibit staff on how to sell in the trade show environment.
  8. Produce audiovisual media for use in your tradeshow exhibit.
  9. Stage on site offsite client events, such as hospitality suites, tours, or golf events.
  10. Create, produce, store literature and giveaways.
  11. Compile and manage databases for leads, sales tracking, show cataloguing, and attendee or sales force evaluations.
  12. Provide a strategic tradeshow management system and infrastructure that will ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the corporate business plan.
  13. Develop an annual tradeshow campaign plan, with measurable objectives and comprehensive cost control.
